You’ll receive an order confirmation email after checkout. We verify availability with our suppliers before final processing. If an item is unavailable/backordered, we void the pre-authorization and notify you.

Delivery timelines are estimates (typically 1–7 business days after shipment, estimated 1–9 business days total) and may change due to supplier/carrier delays.
We generally ship within the USA (limited exceptions if checkout allows). We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO.
Address changes after processing/shipping may cause delays and any carrier fees are the customer’s responsibility.

2. RETURNS & REFUNDS
