Shipping policy
Order Confirmation
Once you place your order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email. This indicates that we have successfully received your order in our system and have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Upon receipt, we promptly contact our suppliers to verify the item is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If the item is on back order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you via email. If the item is available for shipment within two business days, we will process the charges and prepare your order for shipment.
Order Shipment
If your order is in stock and we successfully process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within two business days from the order date. Tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. If you do not receive tracking details within six business days, please contact us at support@golfguysupply.com

We generally do not ship outside the USA. Some exceptions apply (e.g., certain products available in Canada). If the website allows you to enter your international shipping address during checkout, your order will be processed and delivered.
Changing Your Shipping Address
If your order has already been processed or shipped and you need to change the delivery address, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please note that address changes may result in delays. Any additional charges imposed by freight carriers due to this change will be the customer’s responsibility. No exceptions apply.
Shipping Times
All provided shipping time frames are estimates and should not be considered guaranteed. While we work closely with our vendors to ensure orders are shipped as quickly as possible, delays may occur. If a customer chooses to cancel an order due to a delay in shipment, the customer is responsible for all associated shipping charges, warehouse storage fees, and any other related costs. Customers who file charge-backs solely due to shipping delays may be held liable for theft. No exceptions apply.
We do NOT ship to P.O. boxes or APO/PPO addresses.
We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Estimated shipping times are based on information provided by suppliers and freight companies and are subject to change without notice due to factors such as supply chain disruptions, delays in raw material production, and increased shipping demands. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.
Most orders will ship out within 0-2 Business Days. Once the order ships, it will take between 1-7 Business Days to get delivered. (Estimated Delivery 1-9 Business Days)

This premium service includes in-home delivery to your room of choice, minor assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
